All tuition is provided by the Principal of the School, Mark Melbourne. Mark has over 20 years driving experience and has been a DSA approved driving instructor for the past 5 years, having qualified with the Instructor College and spent 2 years with BSM before setting up his own driving school.

Having grown up in Bath, Mark has excellent knowledge of the local area – and of the test centre locations in Brislington and Chippenham.

In his dealings with pupils, he is relaxed, patient and reliable, immediately putting new drivers at ease and helping to boost their confidence.

When not instructing or dealing with the day to day demands of family life, Mark enjoys cycling and sports more generally.

Mark aims not just to get pupils through their DSA test, but more importantly to develop safe, confident and considerate drivers.

He employs a pupil centric approach, adapting his teaching style to suit the individual, their strengths and weaknesses and personal learning styles. His considered approach, coupled with good attention to detail and carefully maintained lesson records, are designed to ensure that pupils get the most out of each and every lesson.
