All lessons must be paid for in advance or at the time the lesson takes place.
Payment may be made in cash, by cheque (made payable to Melbourne School of Motoring) or by direct transfer into the business’s bank account (details will be provided to all new pupils prior to their first lesson).
Cancellation by the pupil:
If a lesson is cancelled more than 2 days in advance, no charge will be made. Lessons cancelled 2 days before they are due to take place, will incur a charge of 50% of the appropriate lesson fee.
Lessons cancelled the day before or on the day they are due to take place, will incur the full lesson charge. These cancellation charges may be varied or waived at the Instructor’s discretion, depending on circumstances and the ability to reschedule cancelled lessons.
‘No shows’ will incur the full lesson cost and future lesson bookings will only be accepted once this has been paid.
Cancellation by the Instructor:
The Instructor will only cancel lessons where this is unavoidable. In such circumstances, no charge will be made for the cancelled lesson and the Instructor will endeavour to arrange an alternative lesson time for the pupil.
